Discount Tire

Everyone was friendly, polite and professional. Great experience! I bought my tires online and booked my appointment but upgraded after speaking to Jason at front of house. You were right Jason. The upgrade is amazing! Kept me updated and I was in and out faster than the last guy I dated 🤣 clean comfortable facility. I wouldn’t go anywhere else after my experience with them.

Exceptional customer service is becoming increasingly rare, which is why I felt compelled to leave this review for Hunter and Tanner at Discount Tire in Savannah. I actually live in Pooler and made the drive to the Savannah location, and after my experience, I can confidently say it was worth every mile. Sometimes it’s not about convenience it’s about the experience. When you find people who genuinely care, listen, and take pride in helping others, that’s worth going out of your way for. I first spoke with Tanner over the phone. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. By the time I arrived, I already felt confident that I was in good hands. Tanner happened to be on break when I came in, but Hunter stepped right in and continued providing the same outstanding level of service. What impressed me most was how well they listened. They didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need or pressure me into the most expensive option. Instead, they took the time to understand my budget, my vehicle, and what I wanted from my tires. Based on that conversation, both Hunter and Tanner offered thoughtful recommendations that helped me make

So glad I took my car here! It seems like getting work done on your car always takes forever and costs an arm and a leg, but I was pleasantly surprised this time. I made an appointment to get two tires replaced, and they completed the work (plus a rotation) in about an hour. And they were super busy at the time, so I was very impressed. Hunter was really friendly and professional. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly to help me pick out the tires I needed. The price was very reasonable. I also appreciate how easy it was to schedule an appointment online, and how they text you updates about progress and wait times. Very convenient and low stress. Never had that "I wonder what's going on with my car?" feeling you get with the endless wait times at some other auto shops. Thank you! Please keep up the good work.
